The legal controller details, retention policy and processing arrangements still need confirmation. This page does not present those outstanding details as established facts.
Enquiries
The enquiry forms ask for your mobile number, vehicle location and issue. Your name is optional in the homepage quick enquiry and required in the full Contact form. Vehicle registration, tyre size, email and additional details are optional. These details are used to handle your request for assistance.
When the form is configured, a successful submission sends your enquiry through Resend for email delivery. It includes the source website and page, a server-generated reference and submission time. No image uploads are collected.
Spam protection and delivery checks
The configured form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. The server validates the security token and form fields. A keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used for short-lived rate limiting; the application does not save the raw IP in its enquiry records.
Rate-limit records expire after the ten-minute window. Duplicate-delivery records store a content fingerprint, reference, timestamps and delivery state for up to seven days; they do not store the enquiry text. This is separate from the retention of enquiries in email systems, which remains to be confirmed.
Calls and WhatsApp
Calling uses your telephone service. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where you decide what to send. It does not automatically send a GPS location or submit the website form.
Analytics and cookies
This implementation does not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. No optional analytics consent is requested because optional tracking is not active. Turnstile may load when the online form has been configured.
Controller, retention and privacy contact

Service providers and updates
The intended hosting and spam-protection provider is Cloudflare. Resend handles form email delivery when configured. The final notice must reflect the actual provider arrangements and explain applicable privacy choices and rights after review.
