30-minute arrival target. We aim to reach customers within 30 minutes, subject to traffic, customer location, technician availability and tyre availability.
Tell us where the damage appears to be and whether the tyre has lost pressure. Share any history of driving after the pressure dropped. These details help with the enquiry, but the tyre must be assessed before a repair is agreed.
We carry out puncture repairs to BS AU 159 standards where the tyre is suitable. Not every puncture or type of damage can be repaired. We will discuss replacement if a repair is not appropriate.
Mention the tyre type when you contact us, especially if it is a run-flat. Repair decisions need to take the particular tyre and its condition into account. Do not assume that another tyre’s repair outcome applies to yours.
